Do you need prior experience in martial arts or fitness?

Nope! You don’t need any prior experience in martial arts, fitness, or even to have watched a Bruce Lee movie. As long as your child is ready to start training and develop into a champion, we’ll help them every step of the way.

Will there be other beginners in the class?

Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all levels, so there will always be other beginners. Plus, our advanced students are always eager to lend a helping hand, creating a supportive and welcoming environment for everyone.

Do you need to be ‘in shape’ before starting classes?

It’s a common misconception that you need to be in shape before starting training. This is completely false! Our classes are designed to allow students to train at their own pace, while the more advanced students can push themselves to the next level.

How many classes should my child attend each week?

The number of classes your child attends depends on your schedule and personal preference. Most of our students train twice a week, but we offer flexibility to accommodate various schedules.

​

What should my child wear to class?

For the first few classes, comfortable clothes like a t-shirt and shorts will do. Once your child progresses, we’ll provide details about the official uniform required for the program.​
