FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you need prior experience?
Nope! you don't have to have worked out, or have done martial arts, or even watched a Bruce Lee movie to join this training, as long as you're ready to start training like a champion.

​Will there be other beginners in class?
Absolutely. There are always beginners in class. Plus, the advanced students are always eager to help!

Do you need to ‘be in shape’ before you start classes?
A common misunderstanding is that you need to be ‘in shape’ before starting training at Inspired Martial Arts. This is completely false. Our classes are designed to allow our members to train ‘at their own pace’ while at the same time, giving the advanced student the opportunity to challenge themselves.

How many classes per week should they attend?
The amount of classes you take is based on your own personal schedule. Most of our members like to train about 2-3 classes per week.
How many people are in a group class?
Most of our classes will range between 8 and 12 people, ensuring a fun session.​​
