They'll also have the opportunity to explore the dynamic aspects of Kickboxing, enhancing their agility, speed, and power through drills and sparring sessions.

 

Additionally, beginners will be introduced to the principles of Jiu-Jitsu, learning essential ground fighting techniques, submissions, and self-defense strategies. Our freestyle martial arts program is designed to cater to individuals of all skill levels, providing a supportive and inclusive environment for beginners to embark on their martial arts journey while offering the flexibility to explore various disciplines and techniques.

Is Karate a good workout?

 

Our program is a total fitness package that combines strength, endurance, flexibility and stress-relief.

We use the latest equipment and techniques, combined with martial arts wisdom that’s thousands of years old.

We’ll develop your muscular systems as you build strength and definition.

If that doesn’t sound like enough, you also get cardiovascular and metabolic conditioning that torches calories. The result - a tremendous increase in energy and stamina.

Will I get hurt?

Any physical activity can lead to injury – and Adult Martial Arts is no exception – but because we place such care in keeping you safe,

we hardly EVER see any injuries here.

We guide you through the perfect way to do each technique - that way you don't do it in a way that harms your body.

We also show you how to stretch properly – reducing your chances for injury even more.

And you go at your own pace. That way you don't force your body to do anything it isn't capable of.

Students who pick up on Adult Karate quickly are just as valued as the ones who need to slow down, and learn at a different pace.
