Combining kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu into a single program offers a comprehensive approach to martial arts training that harnesses the strengths of both disciplines. In this integrated program, students will develop a versatile skill set that encompasses striking, grappling, and ground fighting techniques.

Kickboxing provides an excellent foundation for developing power, speed, and agility through its emphasis on striking with fists, elbows, knees, and feet. By mastering kickboxing techniques, students can effectively defend themselves in stand-up situations, improve cardiovascular health, and enhance overall physical fitness.

On the other hand, Jiu-Jitsu focuses on close combat and ground fighting, teaching students how to control opponents, manipulate joints, and apply submission holds. By integrating Jiu-Jitsu into the program, students learn essential self-defense skills for real-life scenarios, gain confidence in their ability to handle close-quarters combat, and develop mental resilience through strategic problem-solving.

By combining these two disciplines, our program offers a holistic approach to martial arts training that not only improves physical fitness but also cultivates mental discipline, self-confidence, and practical self-defense skills. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced martial artist, our kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu program provides a dynamic and effective training experience that caters to individuals of all skill levels.

Do you need prior experience?

Nope! you don't have to have worked out, or have done martial arts, or even watched a Bruce Lee movie to join this training, as long as you're ready to start training like a champion.

Will there be other beginners in class?

Absolutely. There are always beginners in class. Plus, the advanced students are always eager to help!

Do you need to ‘be in shape’ before you start classes?

A common misunderstanding is that you need to be ‘in shape’ before starting training at Inspired Martial Arts. This is completely false. Our classes are designed to allow our members to train ‘at their own pace’ while at the same time, giving the advanced student the opportunity to challenge themselves.

How many classes per week should they attend?

The amount of classes you take is based on your own personal schedule. Most of our members like to train in 2 classes per week.
