"THE BEST DECISION YOU WILL MAKE FOR YOUR CHILD!"
Our Kids Karate based Martial Arts program offers a dynamic and well-rounded approach to martial arts training, blending the traditional discipline of Karate with elements of Kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu.

"Karate Class not only teach kids self-defense … but gives them the tools they need for success in life…"

Consider the benefits of our Kids Karate program:

We teach children to focus. In this age of distractions and sensory overload, this is a skill that will provide immediate results in their school work.

Karate helps teach self-discipline and social skills, in fact, many parents whose children have difficulty paying attention, hyperactivity or discipline issues report great success with these programs because of the self-control and concentration required to progress through the ranks.

In Karate, we have kids do one thing at a time. Our younger kids may only do one thing for 30 seconds, but for that 30 seconds it's all they focus on. Their focus improves the longer we have them focus for. Eventually, kids might focus on just one exercise or activity for the entire session.

Before you know it, they do this at home, too. They focus on their homework… on their chores… on conversations with you… and anything else they put their mind to.

Other benefits of Karate include

• Instills a sense of respect
• Encourages conflict resolution
• Improves listening skills
• Develops teamwork skills
• Improvement in other areas of life

• Improves self- discipline
• Boosts social skills
• Encourages physical activity
• Teaches kids to set & achieve goals
• Increases self-esteem

What does improvement in other areas of life mean?

It can mean getting better grades in school, knowing how to use anti-bullying programs to prevent violence among peers, or simply the appreciation that comes from learning and mastering a difficult skill through practice.

Perhaps most importantly, students learn that physical activity is a healthy way to have fun. With health problems such as diabetes and obesity affecting more and more young people, parents should take steps to help their children avoid these issues.

Children's Karate gives kids a fun way to exercise, learn essential life lessons and develop a sense of self-reliance.

And did we mention ... Karate is heaps of FUN!
