Our Youth and Adult Kickboxing programs are the perfect way to get fit, learn valuable life skills and have heaps of fun!

What is Kickboxing?

Our Kickboxing programs are a mix of traditional martial arts skills and values, combined with the fast-paced, action packed fun of a kickboxing lesson.

In our Kickboxing Programs, students will progress through a formal belt ranking system from white belt all the way up to black belt.

These programs are perfect for high energy kids that need a little focus, discipline or self-confidence.


Do you need prior experience?

Nope! you don't have to have worked out, or have done martial arts, or even watched a Bruce Lee movie to join this training, as long as you're ready to start training like a champion.

Is there really fighting?

We do all training with safety in mind - students are not going to get punched around in this class. They will train like a fighter without fear of getting hurt!

Will there be other beginners in class?

Absolutely. There are always beginners in class. Plus, the advanced students are always eager to help them to get on their way!

Do you need to ‘be in shape’ before you start classes?

A common misunderstanding is that you need to be ‘in shape’ before starting martial arts training at Inspired Martial Arts. This is completely false. Our classes are designed to allow our members to train ‘at their own pace’ while at the same time, giving the advanced student the opportunity to challenge themselves.

How many classes per week should they attend?

The amount of classes you take is based on your own personal schedule. Most of our members like to train 2 classes per week. 


How many people are in a class?

Most of our classes will range between 10 and 20 people, ensuring a fun session working in a group.
